Brandon Jones is a member of the Carruthers & Roth business, tax and estate planning practice, where he focuses on helping individuals and business owners create effective estate plans.

Previously Brandon supported our litigation practice in the area of medical malpractice defense. He also has prior experience in business and contract disputes, construction law, real property disputes, personal injury and family law.

While earning a magna cum laude J.D. degree at Wake Forest University School of Law, Brandon interned with the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office and with the Honorable Joi Elizabeth Peake, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.
