Davis McDonald Printer-Friendly

Davis McDonald focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law, estate planning and estate administration. He counsels both businesses and individuals on a range of topics, including the organization of business entities, purchase and sale of assets and stock, contract negotiations and preparation, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and administration of estates and trusts.

Davis is a past board member and past president of the Greensboro Estate Planning Council. He currently is treasurer of the Greensboro Bar Association, the Greensboro Bar Association Foundation and the 24th Judicial District of the North Carolina State Bar.

Before joining Carruthers & Roth, Davis was an attorney in the Greensboro law firm Johnson, Peddrick & McDonald. The firm was dissolved in 2021 when three of Johnson, Peddrick & McDonald’s attorneys joined Carruthers & Roth.
