Martha T. Peddrick Printer-Friendly

Martha Peddrick focuses her practice on estate planning, wills and trusts, estate administration and business law. She is a member of the Greensboro Estate Planning Council and is past secretary of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of the North Carolina State Bar. She is frequently asked to speak to both professional and community groups on topics involving estates and trusts.

Martha is a former officer of the Greensboro Bar Association and has served as a preceptor for first-year students at Elon Law School. She has served on numerous community boards, and in 2018 was honored by the North Carolina Bar Association for “Outstanding and Exemplary Community Service.”

Previously, Martha was an attorney in the Greensboro law firm Johnson, Peddrick & McDonald. The firm was dissolved in 2021 when three of Johnson, Peddrick & McDonald’s attorneys joined Carruthers & Roth.
