Erin K. Molinaro Printer-Friendly

Erin Molinaro is director of operations for Carruthers & Roth. In that role, she is responsible for managing all business operations functions, including marketing, human resources, building and grounds, insurance, information technology and general administration. Erin previously was our firm’s marketing director.

Before joining Carruthers & Roth, Erin worked for a communications consulting firm in the nation’s capital. She also is a former Congressional staffer with broad experience in constituent relations.

At the political consulting firm Russo, Marsh and Rogers in Sacramento, Calif., Erin was actively involved in a campaign to promote a statewide ballot proposition. She also worked for an Irvine, Calif., law firm specializing in real estate, employment and construction law.
