Rachel Scott Decker is an experienced litigator who has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials in both state and federal courts. She also has represented clients before industry arbitration panels.

Rachel’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial matters, especially those involving the construction industry. She provides counsel on contract and lien disputes, employment and civil rights matters, personal injury and wrongful death claims, and liability cases involving products, lenders, company officers, directors or shareholders. She also is experienced in the Federal Employers Liability Act and in matters involving railroad worker injuries.
